How can I book my stay on Ubuntee?

Book your stay at Ubuntee and experience the tranquil beauty of South Africa’s premier luxury retreat. While online booking is not yet available, our sales team is ready to assist you contact us directly to start planning your dream getaway.

What payment methods are accepted for bookings?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as other secure payment options for your convenience. However, please note that online payments are currently unavailable.
To confirm your booking, we require a bank transfer of at least 40% of the total amount. The remaining balance should be paid via bank transfer one month before the departure date.

Can I modify my booking after confirmation?

Yes, you can adjust your booking, including the number of guests and activities, up to 7 days before your arrival, subject to availability. However, please be aware that if the changes involve a last-minute reduction in the number of guests, the deposit for those guests will not be reimbursed. For any modifications or assistance, our dedicated team is here to help.

What is the cancellation policy at Ubuntee?

Please note that once the deposit has been paid to confirm your booking, cancellations are no longer possible. This policy ensures we can maintain the highest level of service and secure your spot on our exclusive experiences. We recommend double-checking your travel plans before making the deposit to avoid any inconvenience. For any questions or adjustments, our team is here to assist.

Are there any special rates or promotions available?

Special promotions and discounts may be available for members of select golf clubs. Please note that these offers are applied to the total booking amount, not the initial deposit. The down payment remains unchanged, and any discounts will be deducted from the final balance. If you’re a golf club member and would like to learn more about eligible promotions, feel free to contact our team for details.

How far in advance should I book my stay?

To secure your preferred dates and ensure availability of our exclusive villas, we recommend booking at least 3 months in advance. The earlier you book, the better your chances of reserving the villa and experiences you want, especially during peak seasons when demand is high. Reach out to our team early to help plan your ideal stay and lock in your desired week.
